Lockport-to-Larose Levee Repaired Near Hamilton Street

The NLLD obtained Emergency Authorizations from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and LA Dept. of Natural Resources to repair a section of levee near Hamilton Street in Larose. The emergency repairs have been completed and the NLLD is now pursuing additional permit authorization to perform similar restructuring measures on the remaining 5,500 feet of this levee reach.
